3. In the event that a tenant loses their keys, replacement keys and if necessary a lock change, will be charged to the tenant at cost price only.
4. All rent is payable in advance of the rent due date. In the event that the rent is paid in arrears, then the tenant will be liable to pay interest at no more than 3% above the Bank of England base rate
5. Variations to a tenancy during the term of the agreement will be chargeable at £50 plus Vat per variation
6. Change of sharer. This requires a new agreement for which the tenant will not be charged
7. Surrender of tenancy. In the event that a tenant or tenants wish to end their tenancy earlier than the end of the initial term, they would continue to be liable for the rent until such time as either the property is re-let or their initial term ends.
